For jail, proof-of-incarceration, or records questions, start with the official FCSO jail page or FCSO Records. The jail page displays inconsistent Booking numbers, so call the main line or check that page to confirm the current Booking contact before relying on a separate number.
The right destination depends on the record and the person’s custody status.
- For a person currently in Fayette County custody, use the Fayette County current-inmate portal. A released person may no longer appear there.
- For a specific adult booking record or a booking photograph, contact FCSO Records and ask whether the item is maintained and releasable under Tennessee law.
- For a case result, court date, dismissal, conviction, or other disposition, contact the Fayette Circuit Court Clerk. A booking entry is not a court outcome.
- For an active Fayette County warrant, begin with the official warrant portal or the site’s Most Wanted Fugitives page, then confirm the matter with the responsible authority.
